Paying with a debit card

Card details are entered on a secure form operated by Stripe. NOVARA stores only your card's brand, last four digits, and expiration date so you can reuse it.

Funds are usually available as soon as the payment is confirmed.

Limits

To protect your account, we may limit how much you can add in a single payment or in one day. Your current limits are shown on the Add money screen.

Refunds

To request a refund of a card payment, contact Support. Refunds are returned to the original card and usually appear within 5–10 business days, depending on your card issuer.

If a payment method is unavailable

Occasionally a payment method may be temporarily unavailable. If so, please try another payment method or contact Support for assistance.
