NOVARA is a financial institution offering checking, savings, debit cards, and payments. Card payments are processed by Stripe.
3. Eligibility and access
You must be 18 or older and live in the United States. We may suspend or close accounts as described in these terms.
4. Services
Accounts, cards, transfers, disputes, and statements are provided as described in the app and may change with notice.
5. Debit card funding
Debit card payments are processed by Stripe. You'll see the amount before you confirm, and card payments can be refunded to the original card on request.
6. Your account security
Keep your password, passkeys, and devices secure. Tell us right away if you think someone else has accessed your account.
7. Acceptable use
Don't use NOVARA for anything unlawful, attempt to access other people's data, interfere with the service, probe it beyond what our security page permits, or use automated means to create accounts or scrape content.
8. Disclaimers
NOVARA services are provided “as is”, without warranties of any kind, to the extent permitted by law. Market data is informational and not investment advice.
9. Limitation of liability
To the extent the law allows, NOVARA isn't liable for indirect or consequential losses, and our total liability for any claim relating to NOVARA is limited to the amount you added by card in the 3 months before the claim.
